Blonde ARtist MGMT was established on these three core values: Excellence, Community, and respect. We realize that values don’t mean anything without the behaviors to go with them. That’s why we are constantly learning and pushing ourselves to take risks, saying yes to collaborations and being community-minded, and striving to be the most respected management company in the game.
Blonde was named for norma jean (marilyn monroe). We believe if she had had the kind of support and family level team of artists around her that blonde provides, things would have turned out a lot better. Blonde is especially interested in representing strong female and queer artists, as well as scientists and academic leaders.
blonde has an original vision meeting process that each artist goes through before being signed. It was developed to clarify structure and focus our artists goals. We are passionate about facilitating creativity while keeping our artists on target to achieve the most they can, become financially successful, and bring others joy through their creativity.
we believe that music, art, science, and technology can lead to a consciously evolving humanity when created and performed by an altruistic artist. That is why blonde’s staff is constantly learning how to provide the best guidance and find the right opportunities for our original roster of talent.
Blonde Artist Mgmt was founded in 2015 by rebecca autumn sansom when she finally realized she has been an avid supporter of her friends who she thought had “it” since she was in college. She now represents 3 of those friends and through blonde they have secured grants, gotten sync liscensing deals, been booked to speak at prominent conferences and collaborated with blonde’s other artists.
Blonde is currently looking for support staff so if you feel like our mission resonates with you and are interested in learning more about artist mgmt please send rebecca an email at email@example.com
